TOUR AND SERVICE BOOKING CONDITION
- All rates are inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% value added tax (vat)
- The agreed rates are exclusively for the leisure market.
- The rates are inclusive of entioned services in the contract. All extra services are subject to additional charge.. All extra services are subject to additional charge.
- All rates are based on cabin availability.
- Child reduction applicable only if sharing a cabin or room with maximum of 2 adults. This discount policy depends on the affiliate
2. CANCELLATION
- Full refund for cancellation due to very bad weather, natural disasters or unexpected cases that prevent or stop the tour.
- Tours that are part of our association with other entities such as accommodation units are subject to their policies. Usually 4-5 star hotels will require you to make clear decisions 7 days in advance. If you make a change after 7 days you may lose 50% of your stay at that hotel. We will remind you of this when booking a tour.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
- Vexperi Travel accepts all payment methods: direct bank transfer to the company account, international payment gateway, or cash during the tour. Credit card are accepted with 3% bank's charge.
- In cases, where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Vexperi's bank account.
- Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Vexperi Travel must be paid by the Client.
